Bill is hilarious from where I sit, but I don’t know if I’d like to be the one who has to approve the costumes. Bill being half naked in my office so I can check him out…that doesn’t sound as funny.
Is there somewhere where we can submit suggestions for costumes? For the WSU Shockers on Saturday I’d like to see a leather hat and wrist bands like an electric chair restraint. Then Bill just shakes his body like crazy like he’s being shocked.
