The family of Theone Chapman Bodrero will celebrate her 90th birthday at an open house held in her honor on September 15, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cobblestone Clubhouse, 445 North Pine Grove Lane, Providence Utah.

Theone was born in Logan Utah on September 12, 1928 to James Erastus and Eva Elida Elison Chapman. Mom was the youngest of six children. She grew up in Logan and attended Logan Schools.

She loved to roller skate, it was at the Logan Roller Rink, that she met the love of her life, Darrell L. Bodrero. They were married on June 26, 1945 in Preston Idaho, and were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 26, 1946. They were inseparable until Dad passed away September 5, 2013.

Mom and Dad were the proud parents to 6 children: Linda (Dean) Janes; Eva Kay (Marv) Beck; NaDean (Gary) Ballard; Doug (Viola); Richard (Sharon); and Dorie (Robbie) Nettles. Spending time with her children, 23 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren has always been the joy and highlight of her life.

Theone and Darrell were wonderful parents who taught their children by example to love, serve others, work hard and practice gratitude for everything they had. Their entire posterity is grateful for the wonderful example they set and the values they instilled

We invite all of Mom’s friends and neighbors to come wish her a happy birthday. She would love seeing you. No gifts please.
