NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Trustee’s Sale No. PLTS103285 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Pioneer Title Company of Ada County dba Pioneer Lender Trustee Services, the duly appointed Successor Trustee, will on 1/28/2022, at the hour of 1:00 PM, of said day, at Bear Lake Courthouse, Front Steps of the South Side, 7 East Center St., Paris, ID, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real and personal property (hereafter referred to collectively as the “Property”), situated in the County of Bear Lake, State of Idaho, to-wit: Commencing 294½ feet East of the Southwest Corner of Block 17 of the MONTPELIER, IDAHO, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE SURVEY, and running thence East 52 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence West 52 feet; thence South 50 feet to the Place of Beginning.
