PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Logan has deemed the following real property to be surplus and to be sold to the highest bidder: Deer Pen Subdivision 22 Single family residential lots Located at approximately 1500 North Aspen Dr., Logan, Utah Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., May 14, 2021. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room. The property will be sold to the highest bidder meeting the minimum bid price of $900,000. All costs associated with the acquisition of the property will be the responsibility of the bidder. The Property consists of 22 platted lots which vary in size between .278 and .613 acres. The subdivision is zoned Neighborhood Residential 4 units per acre. All utilities are available and will need to be stubbed to each lot within the subdivision. A copy of the construction drawings for the subdivision can be obtained by contacting Stefanie Sidwell, Logan City Public Works, at stefanie.sidwell@loganutah.org.
