SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION The State of Utah, to: the Heirs, Successors in Interest and Devisees of James H. Garbanati, deceased, and John Does I-X, A civil Complaint has been filed in the District Court of Box Elder County, Utah, Case No. 230100038, by the Plaintiff, DEBRA GARBANATI, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of BERNELL GARBANATI, against the heirs, successors in interest, and devisees of JAMES H. GARBANATI, and all unknown persons claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien or interest in the Property described in the Complaint adverse to Plaintiff’s Title.
