Lady Panthers State Champs

Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 16-18, the Cokeville High School Track teams competed in the State Track Meet in Casper, Wyoming. They experienced all kinds of weather but that didn’t stop the Lady Panthers from bringing home the 1A State Title and the Panthers, who brought home a respectable Third Place Team Title. Individual results were as follows: Girls: 400 Meter Dash: Kallianne Toomer — Third, Abby Johnson — Eighth; 800 Meter: Cienna Halls — 2nd, Emma Teichert — 3rd, Lily Richardson — 4th; 1600 Meter: Cienna Halls — 2nd, Lily Richardson — 4th; 3200 Meter: Cienna Halls — 1st, Lily Richardson — 6th; 100 Meter Hurdles: Emma Teichert — 1st, Emmie Barnes — 2nd, Kylee Dayton — 3rd, Leona Teichert — 4th, Rylee Teichert — 8th; 300 Meter Hurdles: Emma Teichert — 1st, Kylee Dayton — 2nd, Kallianne Toomer — 3rd, Leona Teichert — 4th, Emmie Barnes — 6th. 4X100 Relay: Leona Teichert, Abby Johnson, Emma Tonga and Tana Teichert — 4th; 4X400: Cienna Halls, Emma Teichert, Kallianne Toomer and Kylee Dayton — 1st with a new Class record 4:08.99; 4X800: Emma Tonga, Lily Richardson, Kallianne Toomer and Skylee Call — 1st; 1600 Sprint Medley: Emma Tonga, Abby Johnson, Leona Teichert and Rylee Teichert — 5th; High Jump: Kylee Dayton — 1st, Rylee Teichert — 4th and Abby Johnson — 7th; Pole Vault: Tana Teichert — 4th; Long Jump: Janae Teichert — 3rd, Tana Teichert — 4th and Rylee Teichert — 7th; Triple Jump: Tana Teichert — 1st, Emmie Barnes — 8th; Shot Put: Janae Teichert — 3rd.
