On August 31, 2021, at 7:00 AM, the seniors had their Senior Sunrise Breakfast in Allinger Park! There was an excellent turnout of almost 40 seniors. The students watched the sunrise, ate breakfast, listened to a great motivational speech by Mrs. Jesi Earley, and played an encouraging game.

Earley, the high school cheerleader advisor, spoke about school spirit. She urged the seniors to walk on the happy side of life no matter what. Following the speech, the seniors played a team bonding game that anonymously showed the love and support that they all have for each other. All the students closed their eyes while a small group of students walked around and tapped the heads of the people that made them feel happy, the people they wanted to get to know, and the people they admired. The students took pictures and made fun memories with each other.

This successful Senior Sunrise helped the seniors get excited for this new year. They look forward to uplifting experiences as well as this year’s Homecoming!
