At least one person was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash late Monday night at 2200 South on U.S. Highway 89.
According to witnesses at the scene, the driver of a truck crossed over from the west side of the highway to the east side, directly in the path of a motorcycle at about 9:30 p.m.
One of the individuals on the motorcycle was unconscious and CPR was performed at the scene before that person was transported to Logan Regional Hospital and later flown to a Salt Lake City hospital in extremely critical condition. The other motorcycle rider, who was apparently conscious and talking at the scene, was also transported to the hospital.
According to information relayed over the police scanner, neither of those individuals were wearing helmets.
There was no official word on the condition of the driver of the truck as of late Monday night.
Both northbound travel lanes were closed and traffic was diverted to the east at CampSaver in order to assist the patients and complete the investigation.
