• Jake Cary Lund of Farr West, 28, has been charged in 1st District Court with enticing a minor by internet or text, a second-degree felony, and forgery, a third-degree felony. Lund agreed to cancel a preliminary hearing scheduled to take place this week. That hearing was continued to June 17, where he is expected to enter a guilty plea in his case.

• Erick Durrant of Cove, 19, has been charged in 1st District Court with sodomy on a child, a first-degree felony, and enticing a minor by internet or text, a second-degree felony. Prosecutors offered a negotiated settlement in Durrant’s case this week, and he asked for additional time to consider his options. A pretrial conference is scheduled for July 1.

• Kyle Eugene Joe of Caldwell, Idaho, 19, was charged in 1st District Court with 10 counts of aggravated assault, 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and six counts of dealing in materials harmful to minor. A preliminary hearing in his case is scheduled for June 25.
