Debbie Low Curtis July 3, 1957 - February 19, 2021 Debbie is the daughter of Dick and Lona Low. Debbie married Doug Curtis on February 14, 1981. Debbie and Doug have one son, Joshua. Debbie passed away peacefully with her son by her side.
