The Lady Indians traveled to Pocatello on Oct. 19, to open the first round of the 4A District 5 tournament against Pocatello at Century High School. The winner of that match faced Century immediately after in match 2 (scores unavailable at press time)

The second day of the tournament will be hosted by the winner of match 2 on Thursday, Oct. 21. At 6 p.m. the losers of match 1 and 2 will face off in an elimination match. The winner will go on to play the winner of match 2 for the district title at 8 p.m. If the lower seed wins that title match they will host match 5 on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 1 p.m.

In the final match of the regular season Preston traveled to Century where they lost in three.

The first set was very competitive with the Indians losing 21-25 but the second set was all Century, which won 25-9. Preston regrouped and nearly forced a fourth set, but fell just short at 24-26.

Khloe Hobson recorded 14 kills and Liz Harris added four, making Century work for their win. Dru Despain added three aces and Adree Selley two.
