Last week brought the Box Elder County Fair locals have come to know and love, complete with all the carnival rides, live music, games, contests, vendors and other activities that were canceled last year.

Thousands flocked to Tremonton to experienced the full-fledged fair, selling out the Golden Spike Rodeo and packing the Box Elder County Fairgrounds under clear skies.

The fair is the last big summer blowout before the school year begins and the torrid summer nights give way to crisp, cool air, signaling the impending arrival of fall.
